 Pastry Chef
Jocelyn Kanaele has more than 14 years of experience in the baking industry. She has worked for a high class resort in Wailea, therefore, learning great baking techniques from a very talented Pastry Chef who taught her how to work and create with chocolate, preparing fine desserts for banquets and for the restaurants as well, and of course learning how to create elaborate wedding cakes. She also worked for another popular bakery which then expanded her skills in designing custom wedding cakes. She has won
several awards at the "Just Desserts" competition in the past years and has also participated in the "Bridal Fair" and given awards for "Best Originality", and "Most Beautiful Cake". Commitment and quality is the key to a spectacular event and that is something she is dedicated to accomplish.

Wainani Cugal, has always helped her sister with the fine details and the finishing touches of all cakes. She creates our local style treats such as, butter mochi, pumpkin crunch, blueberry cream cheese delight and many more local favorites, while her sister creates the
European style of pastries for parties. Wainani also showcases her talent in making beautiful
Hawaiian leis for any occasion as you see the ones both Jocelyn and Wainani are wearing. Wainani enjoys being creative and crafty at the same time.
