As with any service, planning is important
and we highly recommend ordering at a minimum of
a month in advance. We are extremely in demand
and if your order is
placed at the last minute,
there is a good chance we'll have other
commitments to
fulfill. If for some reason our
schedule is open and you need a cake done in
under two weeks there is a "Rush Fee"
(8 to 14 days is $15.00 and 3 to 7 days is
$25.00)

Deposit on Cake
Heavenly Treats of Maui requires a 50% deposit to reserve your event date or you have an option to pay the amount in full. We accept cash or checks only, sorry no credit cards at this time. The balance owed on the amount is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.
Refunds
If for some unfortunate reason something happens and you need to cancel a cake, you will need to give Heavenly Treats of Maui at least 2 weeks prior notice before your event date to cancel. If notice is less than 13 days, we will charge a fee of $25.00 which will be taken out of original amount and the balance will be refunded to you.
Responsibility
Heavenly Treats of Maui will not be responsible for any damages made to an item after delivery has been made. We do take pictures of the items before leaving the event and also we communicate with the event coordinator in charge before our departure. |
